  4.         BowlStat has two different type  of "sheets" that can be generated.
  5.  Select the required type from the following menu:

  11.                           ║ 1) Average Sheets  ║
  12.                           ║ 2) Captain Sheets  ║

  17.  1) Average  Sheets - Generates  Average Sheets by  Average (High to  Low),
  18.                       Team or Name (alphabetical).  Also the entire team or
  19.                       bowler databases may be printed.
  20.  
  21.  2) Captain  Sheets - A printout  that is used record  string scores at the
  22.                       bowling  center for  later input  into BowlStat. Each
  23.                       sheet  consists  of  up  to  two  team (those matched
  24.                       against  one another)  panels with  places to  record
  25.                       individual string scores, totals, etc. Also, bowler's
  26.                       averages will appear on this printout.

  29.  NOTES: Yearly statistics printout for teams and bowlers are available with
  30.         BOWLYSM. Please run that program for more information.
